1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the jlj5 website located at https://jlj5.app (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with jlj5's Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. These documents are incorporated herein by reference.

Your continued use of the jlj5 platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. jlj5 recommends that you review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and use jlj5, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation or other legal entity).

• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the jlj5 platform or any associated platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of jlj5 or its affiliated service providers.

jlj5 reserves the right to require documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on jlj5 at any given time. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of any balances held across the duplicate accounts, along with permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. jlj5 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated information provided by you.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity conducted using your account credentials will be deemed to have been conducted by you. You must notify jlj5 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account by contacting support via live chat on the Platform.

jlj5 does not permit the sale, transfer, or assignment of player accounts to third parties under any circumstances.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jlj5 are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). jlj5 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay, subject to availability and applicable limits.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 (subject to change at jlj5's discretion).
• Deposits are credited to your jlj5 account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• jlj5 does not accept deposits from third parties. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful identity verification and compliance with applicable wagering requirements.
• jlj5 targets withdrawal processing within five (5) minutes for GCash and PayMaya transactions under normal operating conditions, though processing times may vary.
• Withdrawals will only be issued to a payment method registered in your own name. jlj5 does not make payments to third-party accounts.
• jlj5 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.

jlj5 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and may report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities as required by Philippine law.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jlj5 may offer bonuses, free bets, and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all jlj5 promotional offers unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only and may not be used for arbitrage, matched betting, or other systematic approaches designed to circumvent the spirit of the promotion.
• jlj5 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited if the associated wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on jlj5 — including but not limited to slots, live casino games, bingo, fishing games, and arcade titles — operate using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical outcomes conducted by trained dealers under supervision.

Game outcomes on jlj5 are final once a round is completed. In the event of a technical malfunction that demonstrably affects the outcome of a game round, jlj5 will void the affected round and return the stake to the player's account balance. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are available for all games and are published in the respective game information screens.

Players accept game results as binding and acknowledge that jlj5 cannot be held responsible for losses arising from normal game variance.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jlj5 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information.
• Opening or operating more than one (1) jlj5 account.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including minors.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, fraud, cheating, or match-fixing.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs or game malfunctions. Any winnings derived from exploiting known or unknown errors will be voided.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward jlj5 staff or other players.

8. Responsible Gaming

jlj5 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices in line with PAGCOR guidelines and industry best standards. The Platform is strictly prohibited for use by individuals under the age of 21 years.

jlj5 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account settings. Reductions take immediate effect; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure on-screen reminders at defined session duration intervals.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the jlj5 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, video, and user interface designs — is the property of jlj5 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, licence, or create derivative works from any content on jlj5 without express prior written consent from jlj5.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• jlj5 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including gaming losses, loss of profits, or loss of data.
• jlj5 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• jlj5 is not responsible for losses arising from failures of internet connectivity, device malfunction, or third-party payment provider errors.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11. Suspension & Termination

jlj5 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at any time and without prior notice if:

• jlj5 has reason to believe that the player has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• jlj5 is required to do so by a competent regulatory authority or court order.
• jlj5 has reason to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• The player's continued use of the Platform poses a regulatory or reputational risk to jlj5.

Upon termination of an account, any real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to successful completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

13. Amendments

jlj5 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via the email address on record or via an on-site notification. Continued use of the jlj5 Platform following notification of a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
